Samples and Customization
Sample and OEM/ODM terms, including sample fees, mold costs, customization scope, and packaging requirements, are agreed separately for each order.
Product Accuracy
We describe materials accurately, including copper base and 18K gold plating. Photos and specifications are provided for reference and should be confirmed against an approved sample.
