For new wholesale clients: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For sample orders: 100% prepayment. We do not offer net credit terms for first-time cooperation to ensure order safety for both parties.

We offer paid sample service. Sample fee can be deducted from your first formal bulk order to support long-term cooperative clients.

Every piece goes through strict inspection: material checking, plating quality inspection, zircon stone setting testing and final appearance inspection before packaging. We control defective rate strictly for bulk wholesale orders.

To extend plating life, please avoid wearing jewelry while showering, swimming, exercising or contacting perfume and cosmetics. Store jewelry in dry and sealed packaging when not in use.

Sample order: 3-5 working days. Bulk wholesale order: 7-15 working days after deposit confirmation. Delivery time depends on order quantity and customization requirements.

We provide international air shipping, DHL, FedEx and standard tracked postal shipping. We offer fast delivery for urgent orders and cost-effective shipping for regular wholesale stock orders.

Buyers need to submit quality claims within 7 working days after receiving goods with photos and videos. Normal plating fading caused by water, sweat, perfume or long-term daily wear is a normal feature of plated jewelry and not considered a quality defect.
